Even a soldier is bound to disobey an order to murder someone.
Not if the murder is legal “on its face”.
People don’t know that Adolf Hitler was very careful to couch his murderous plans in legalisms. The Nuremburg Act basically made Jews human livestock, just like the Dred Scott decision in the US, which if you look closely was reinstated through the language of Roe v Wade - which denied that the 14th Amendment’s use of the word “person” meant BIOLOGICAL person. They said it meant “legal person”, and if that is true then it never applied to Blacks because the Dred Scott decision (declaring Blacks to be human livestock in the eyes of the Constitution) was never overturned.
So basically Hitler passed a law all by himself that nullified the German Constitution (a power that the Reichstag actually handed over to Hitler in the Enabling Act of 1933) and declared that Jews did not have the legal protections as if they were “legal” persons. The people who exterminated the Jews were following LEGAL orders.
REalizing that puts a whole ‘nother bent on the scummy lawyers who were talking about how Lakin had to do whatever the chain of command tells him, as long as it is not criminal. I addressed the Nuremburg excuses of “I was just following orders”. If I had realized then what I know now I would have made sure they realized that the Nuremburg excuse was, “I was just following NON-CRIMINAL orders”.
And that’s exactly what forcing CAtholics to perform abortions is doing. Abortion is not criminal because the persons being killed are only BIOLOGICAL persons, not “legal” persons. The government has defined some biological persons out of legal personhood.
When sharia comes it will be really, really easy for them to take that precedent and with a great show of legality declare dhimmis to be only biological persons and not “legal” persons.
This is the Holocaust all over again. We are in the beginning stages of the Holocaust, and most people don’t see it even though their guts feel queasy and they can’t quite pinpoint why.
