Denies he asked Cunningham to leave. Says Cunningham had planned to leave for a long while. (snicker, snicker)

Basically, what I infer from Holder's exact words, the Justice Dept. told him he better not talk, AND, they got him some cushy job with a Company that's a big Messiah supporter.
