Yes, RESIGN you ass. At the VERY least, he has PROVEN that he is incompetent....not reading memos, not being aware of VERY important things the AG SHOULD be aware of, not having documents when they’ve been subpoena’d (spelling?), etc etc. He is the epitome of incompetent. If you can’t FIRE his ass, make him resign and NOW!!!! Ugh.....
