Compound this with a return shot from Committee Democrats attempting to absolve their administration allies, an outraged response from Sen. Chuck Grassley of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and yesterday’s stunning, knives-are-out ultimatum by Issa to charge stonewalling Attorney General Eric Holder with contempt of Congress, and it would appear an opportunity to show the American people an ongoing cover-up happening before their eyes may be lost.

He did not "invoke Executive Privilege"; he stated that internal communications from Justice to the POTUS are clearly covered by Executive Privilege to preclude "political witch hunts" and "interfere with responses to Congressional or Media Inquiries", as I recall.

Holder’s house-boy (Cummings) is making Statements and asking no questions so far, which prevents Holder from committing further Perjury, and now is lobbing softballs.

Urging contempt.
Dan Burton just told Holder not to stonewall with Executive Privilege, because they WILL get them, legally, one way or another. He also hit him on the volume of documents Holder’s IG got, compared to the Oversight Committee, something like 80,000 pages vs. 8,000 pages. He’s urging a Contempt Citation against Holder if he doesn’t produce the Documents. Now he’s asking why he won’t let certain people Testify?
