AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, serving humanity simply by showing up, and hes not retiring until every American agrees with him, do NOT doubt him, with shrieks of joy at the mere mention of his name (thats Rush, for those in Rio Linda),the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, all-concerned Maha-Rushie! Americas anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A Real Man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander in Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. Leader of the Conservative Movement. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to dothats host. To Rush’s comments on Mitt’s tone deafness per his speech. It is a huge problem. This is not the first time; Mitt has framed his ‘thesis’ in this way; nor the first criticisms for his doing so. Mitt it not only deaf to what ‘he’ says; but apparently; deaf as well; to legitimate criticisms per her message. In the age of communication; it matters.

Last week when Rush explained (paraphrased)the difference of just wanting to be President or being President to implement conservative solutions.

As much as I dislike Paul and his followers, I wouldn’t mind seeing him take a primary from Romney just to poke him in the eye. Then the GOP-E would REALLY panic.

The point of the drawn out primary schedule was to come up with a candidate who represented us and could prove their stamina. For the last few cycles, we have forgotten this and allowed the media to anoint the front runner early and pressure the others to drop out. If everything were closed and proportional, we would not be in this mess.

The frustrating thing is that Noot’s inability to get on the ballot in Virginia is a demonstration of poor campaign management. Especially when someone like RON PAUL can manage to do it. I feel for those in Virginia. I think that may be the one thing that would cause me to stay at home.

Ron Paul isn’t all bad. His fiscal stands are spot on in many cases. I wouldn’t totally right off those supporters of his that fall into that category. It’s the foreign policy, isolationist faction of Paul’s that contains the most “kooks”.
Palin has been quite careful NOT to diss that fiscal faction. In fact, she has praised Paul in that respect.

A lot of people are missing something here-Romney is not that much different that Obamacare. So, we are suppose to be weak and throw out our principles (again) and support a liar. People hold Newt up for his moral values though gives Mitt a pass for being dishonset-So it is ok to be dishonest with a wife though you can lie to the masses. I am not voting for Romneycare. You people are why we have problems. Vote with emotions. I am sure Rush is happy today. Mr. Goldman Sachs hit a home run; thanks to the carpet bombs. We are in a fight for reforming America with a liberal at the top of the ticket. No wonder people do not want to vote.

The RuPaulians keep saying “only Ron Paul can save us.” Okay, start with Virginia :)

Actually, Ron Paul’s organization does have its act together, strange as it may seem. Plus they’ve had a while to practice, as well as quite a bit of money, it seems.

I still think it’s suspicious that the only two candidates to get on the ballot were the only two who ran last time.
To: sloop
The question is then, What do we do about it? Dutifully fall in line or say HELL NO! we aren’t going to take it anymore!
I’m not going to fall in line. Not this time.

Ron Paul isnt all bad.
I disagree. His foreign policy blames us for 9/11, hamstrings us. His ridiculous and ignorant take on not securing our borders because that would "keep us in" resolves nothing. The mindnumbed kooks who spout "End the FED" every ten seconds are just as kooky as the isolationists, the troofers, the racists, the Code Pinko/Adam Kokeshes, the we shouldn't have killed Osamas, the FEMA Camp crowd, and legalize pot kooks. Paul is dangerous. His supporters are a bunch of conspiracy theory loving, pot smoking hippies who won't venture out of their parent's basement to vote, unless it's a straw poll or online poll. He has yet to win a single primary in three attempts at a Presidential campaign. Sarah may not write him off; but I do.
