AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, serving humanity simply by showing up, and he’s not retiring until every American agrees with him, do NOT doubt him, with shrieks of joy at the mere mention of his name (that’s Rush, for those in Rio Linda),the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back — just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, all-concerned Maha-Rushie! America’s anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A Real Man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander in Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. Leader of the Conservative Movement. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do—that’s host. Get ready to what you were born to do—that’s listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).

We need to focus on getting rid of Obama.

I present this as the reason Romney won Florida. They were hammered with, "Only Romney can beat Obama" and voted accordingly.

ARTHUR: He has given us a sign!

FOLLOWER: Oh!

SHOE FOLLOWER: He has given us... His shoe!

ARTHUR: The shoe is the sign. Let us follow His example.

SPIKE: What?

ARTHUR: Let us, like Him, hold up one shoe and let the other be upon our foot, for this is His sign, that all who follow Him shall do likewise.

EDDIE: Yes.

SHOE FOLLOWER: No, no, no. The shoe is...

YOUTH: No.

SHOE FOLLOWER: ...a sign that we must gather shoes together in abundance.

GIRL: Cast off...

SPIKE: Aye. What?

GIRL: ...the shoes! Follow the Gourd!

SHOE FOLLOWER: No! Let us gather shoes together!

FRANK: Yes.

SHOE FOLLOWER: Let me!

ELSIE: Oh, get off!

YOUTH: No, no! It is a sign that, like Him, we must think not of the things of the body, but of the face and head!

SHOE FOLLOWER: Give me your shoe!

YOUTH: Get off!

GIRL: Follow the Gourd! The Holy Gourd of Jerusalem!

FOLLOWER: The Gourd!

HARRY: Hold up the sandal, as He has commanded us!

ARTHUR: It is a shoe! It is a shoe!

HARRY: It’s a sandal!

ARTHUR: No, it isn’t!

GIRL: Cast it away!

ARTHUR: Put it on!

YOUTH: And clear off!

SHOE FOLLOWER: Take the shoes and follow Him!

GIRL: Come,...

FRANK: Yes!

GIRL: ...all ye who call yourself Gourdenes!

I agree. I just wish we could pick the guy now and focus on the year getting rid of obama. With all this juvenile bickering going on obama is wrecking more havoc on the country.

Looking at the bright side, Romney punk’d Axelrod by getting over 25%, as the media describes it ‘Romney wins big in Florida’

It takes people who are willing to run. Unfortunately, these are the choices we have. Also, it's not beneficial to say ONLY x can get my support. Only X can carry the conservative mantle. Attaching yourself to a person, rather than to principles will get you Obama.

Wisdom.

Don’t forget to give Virginia to Romney

Every conservative I know in VA is voting NOT-Romney ... and with only one other choice on the ballot, that would be Paul. There is a definite 'movement' afoot.

I would like to see Paul win VA just to stick it in ROmney’s eye for making the machine ensure his victory.

Why is it so critical for them to endorse? Do you think their endorsement will end bickering? I don’t think so. The second Sarah endorses a candidate, the people who don’t support that candidate will infuriated and claim she isn’t a real conservative. Same for Rush. Endorsements won’t end the bickering. It’ll probably enhance the x is not a true conservative because x shook hands with y type arguments. :) 2012 is playing out a lot like 2008; only more passionately.

Yep, I’d guess a big portion of the Florida Republicans pack isn’t paying attention and at the last instant ran the same direction for a safe candidate, McCain endorsed...Good news, being he will get the Bush treatment, I’m sending Newt cash for a cot to sleep on so he can start Jan 3, as planned!

It's astounding how some Freepers just getting rid of Obama is the goal? How utterly contemptible. Do you not realize that Mitt is a pure Statist.

Mitt, his evil petty, juvenile minons performed an evil scorched Earth policy against Newt.

Any one with a rational mind who has studied tyranny can easily conclude that Mitt will do absolutely nothing to turn our Republic towards Liberty. He will be a placeholder until the next Statist takes power.

Mitt is a bigger fraud that Obama. At least Obama is honest enough to not lie and try to run as a Conservative.

I will NEVER cast a vote for Mitt.

Voting for Mitt will voting for the equal of evils. I don't vote for evil.

If they are wasting their time and energy on Ron Paul, the GOP elite are really in worse shape than I thought.

Why wouldn’t Virginians hold their nose and vote for Paul (write ins not permitted, correct?). Paul making a fabulous showing would take the air right out of Romney?

And, Ill take the flames, Rush is being too cute by half. Too much is at stake. Get behind one of them and deal with the fall out. Beaton Obama is more important than your show. There...now I will never get passed Mr. Snerdley :(

Ugh. Ugh. Ugh. :( :( :(

I have to say, if a campaign cannot manage to get itself on the ballot in some states, I’ve got major flags. Especially if Ron Paul is capable of doing it.
