Supreme Court nominations is not a reason to continue to enable the GOP. The long term viability of our country as a whole is more important than short term impacts of nominations. Remember, Congress makes the laws and controls the money. They can get around any strange ruling of SCOTUS.

Also, what good is it to have a conservative court if the whole country is controlled by socialists? The SCOTUS has yet to stop the progressive march to the left.
