WASHINGTON, DC - The March for Life on Monday, January 23 saw half a million people take to the streets of the nations capital to share their pro-life convictions and join together for the common cause of stopping abortion.
According to LifeNews, an estimated 500 thousand people attended the 2012 March for Life once again breaking the record for the largest human rights demonstration of its kind. This year the majority of marchers were under the age of 25.
They were touring the Capitol, enjoying the Smithsonian museums on the National Mall, pushing strollers around the monuments, singing, and holding yellow balloons in mitten-clad hands. They were everywhere. They were March for Life participants, visiting Washington, D.C. on the anniversary of the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision to protest the legalization of abortion--and they are getting younger and more vocal each year.

That is absolutely incredible! I think that perhaps, just maybe our nation’s youth will restore our country’s “soul” and we will live in God’s good grace once again!
And yet a handful of scuzzballs who haven’t had a shower in months running around with plastic pipe get in every front page across the nation.
Amazing!
I really enjoyed listening to the speakers on EWTN shortwave!
Praise the Lord!
Are the speeches from the rally on any particular YouTube channel?
Behold a beautiful sight.
These young kids making a stand for Life make us proud —unlike the many moron punks of the Baby Boomer years of which I is one.
They can ignore true Christian Americans but we are here.
Truly incredible in a time of such dour news.
“They can ignore true Christian Americans but we are here.”
Attending the march years ago was truly incredible; the weather was miserable after a long bus ride, but it didn’t faze anyone. I was surprised to see how Protestants outnumberes Catholics by so much (I was accustomed to local Protestant churches ignoring the abortion question); years later I understood how Bush won his election despite the “Catholic” states voting for Gore.

Orthodox Catholics will be the scapegoat for our national, socialist leader.
Thanks.
Look at all the YOUNG PEOPLE!!!!
Half a million marchers...and I did not see one word about this magnificent show of prolife support in any of the mainstream media.
Gives one hope that the Republic can be saved.
That being said the only way the Pro-Life marches would get coverage from the msm’s would be if they tresspassed, didn’t bathe, defecated on a police horse and threw firebombs at police./ sarc
True enough.
I went to the first one in 1974 and there were 100,000 marchers.
The press reported 10,000.
“The mainstream media may ignore this... but not for long.”
Indeed. Whatever happened to the idea of objective reporting and sticking to the facts?
Thanks for posting those pictures.
