After being the high wire act in the Obama administration circus, I feel that Hillary genuinely wants to opt out of elective politics.

She's no spring chicken any more....and it's a certainty that all the globe-hopping she does is draining. She may even have some minor health issues, also, that we don't know about.

I look for her to take a figurehead job somewhere that isn't too demanding....for instance, the presidency of a college (actually, a PR and fundraising job).

Her ego will demand she remains in the public eye....but in my humble opinion, grueling campaigning for some national office is not in her sights.

There are many well-endowed liberal organizations that would hire her as a rainmaker in a heartbeat.

Hopefully not a women’s college, Bill’s heart coudn’t stand the stress. ;)

I’ll believe it when I see it. Still think she’s going to run in 2012. She’s just learned to be less open about her ambition. My hunch is that she will be begged by her fellow Democrats to reconsider (on cue) and she will “reluctantly” accept for “the good of the country”. [/s]
