As in that famous movie about the 10 Suggestions? It says "commandments" in my copy. Check Malachi 3:8-10.

Last time I checked, tithing isn't part of the "10 Commandments." Do you eat shellfish? Cheeseburgers? Or did Christ die to free you of legalism?

You're cherry picking. There's a reasonable discussion of the New Testament and Tithing here. In John 14:15 Jesus says, "If you love me you will keep my commandments". His death didn't free me from "legalism". It opened the door to eternal life. I'm still responsible to follow the 10 commandments. His forgiveness means I'm not eternally damned if my best efforts to keep the commands is imperfect. It's not a "get out of jail card" and license to do as you please.
