You should look into a still for making both distilled water and liquor! They are easy to make “Now” but when TSHTF it will be tough to locate the needed materials!

If you read the blog by the guy who survived for a year in Yugoslavia, he said liquor is one of the most valuable trading items. Not only for drinking but for sterilizing.
