Hosted by Wolf Blitzer at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. Candidates: Newt Gingrich, Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum and Ron Paul.
Word is the audience will be "allowed" to participate.
Romney lying his ass off now. I live in MA, and Romney's answers are all lies. Costs are skyrocketing here!
Santorum on fire against Romney care and Romney...wow! He’s rolling!
Go Rick. This is about big government versus individual rights. We need to roll back the welfare state, not make it run more efficiently and cheaper.
Repeat often. (Although too late)
i think he just got caught! didn’t one of his top advisers say today or yesterday say “no repeal”?
WAY TO GO RICK!
(And if you really believe that, don’t spoil the race in Romney’s favor)
Exactly, any area where zero can be hurt is carefully being avoided.
I agree....Santorum on fire tonight......I hope Newt comes alive. I like a newt/santorum ticket.
There’s no way Newt is going to get the loudest applause from this stacked audience.
CNN and Romney got together on this.
It’s way too obvious.
Time for Santorum to simply say... “YOU ARE A LIAR”
Rick - Good on him for calling Mitt out on requirement to buy insurance or pay fine!
I think Newt can forget about winning this debate - and Florida. Santorum is on fire.
Before RomneyCare: 92% had coverage.
After RomneyCare: 94% have coverage.
And costs went up astronomically.
GET HIM, RICK!!!!!!!
Right now he's slamming Romney on health care. "What you just heard Romney say was that health care works good in Massachusetts."
Romney's rebuttal is lame - it's that the people have to pay for insurance, etc. Newt made the point that even with insurance, they can't get care - the health care is flat out unavailable.
Santorum is slamming Romney on this - this is going to sting Romney.
A+ Santorum.
Rick just grabbed Romney’s Mormon holy underwear, lifted it up, and pulled it all the way over Romney’s head. Now he’s giving him a swirlie.
But that's just me .. ymmv !
I’m liking Rick’s attack on Mitt.
Yay Rick.... Romney is sweating now.
I understand the "if Romney is the candidate I'll just stay home" feelings, but if he is you can't just stay home, you have to still go to the polls to insure that we hold and expand the majority in the House and retake the Senate!
Don't vote for President if you feel that way, but still go to the polls!
There is TOO MUCH at stake to just stay home!
