Last week, TV chef Paula Deen announced that she’s been suffering from type 2 diabetes for the past three years. She acknowledged that a person has “to make changes in your life” but apparently, Deen hasn’t apparently changed all that much. TMZ posted a photo of Deen woolfing down a cheeseburger on Monday while on a 7-day Caribbean cruise. The 65-year-old chef was hosting her annual Party at Sea vacation for 400 fans. TMZ says Deen also had fries on her plate.

Deen is white, and white women are supposed to be skinnier than a string bean. Black women like Mooochelle are allowed to be full-figured.
She can eat whatever she wants but I hope she’s not for government health care.
Not only that but a cheeseburger has protein as well as carbs. She may not have been planning to eat all those fries, or even all that cheeseburger. What idiots.
Cheeseburgers, being mainly protein, don’t cause spikes in one’s blood-sugar.

Well the fries are a worse choice for a Type II diabetic than a cheeseburger.
People who take diabetes medication can have the occasional cheeseburger. Enjoy your burger, Paula, and I’m gonna have to go out and buy one of your books.

Liberals want to control every single thing a person does..Government controlling EVERYTHING, including what you put in your mouth. Not saying that Paula Deen, who has diabetes, should be eating cheeseburgers but its her decision..she wants to eat a burger, good for her. I love burgers, might go grab one from Johnny Rockets tomorrow :-)

The food Nazi’s would have her on the pyramid diet, and her blood sugar would be off the charts. As far as type 2 diabetes goes, the biggest problem with eating a cheese burger is the bun. Eat away.
Would you rather enjoy a nice juciy cheesburger now? (preferably a double with bacon) or wheeze a few extra moments into your resperator 20 years from now?
I am not saying wolf down fatburgers until you die 20 years sooner, but ENJOY LIFE and the occasionaly pleasure like this (everything in moderation! wasn’t that from the bible or james kirk or something?)
