People take her less seriously with that cadence- most likely, including the Judge.
She should stick to writing/researching the case and have an underling in front of the court with a better command of the English language - stinks but that’s what I see.......

He would not have been 13 in 1977. He would have been more like 16. Maybe 15, if it was issued in March and his birthday was in August.
