I would add the RNC has a LOT of explaining to do as well for the 2008 election. They just took the DNC’s “word,” for his credentials? Pu’lezze...

I’ll put on my tin foil hat here to offer it might have been a conspiracy contrived by the two parties. What else explains it? The RNC knew his father was not a citizen. The RNC had to be aware of the NBC clause in our Constitution.
Yet they determined to ignore it? Why? They thought they could beat Obama, so it didn’t matter? Well, they screwed that up. Or, they were in on it. You decide.

Either way, Obama is not qualified to serve as POTUS. No way no how. I don’t care how the NBC clause is twisted, contorted, misconstrued, or otherwise demeaned, demolished, or ignored. It’s a fact. Obama is not a natural born citizen, which by definition, requires two citizen parents.

Trying to catch up on the thread and read your post about the Zotted Ones and their reaction this week... Got a good laugh out of it. Thank you for that! I wish I could see their shocked faces - this is one thing that Obama has done/not done that appears actually IS “Totally Unexpected”... at least to them. I wonder if they are starting to feel like Clinton’s staffers when he finally admitted he lied about Monica-gate.

It seems clear to me the thought in mind when the framers of the constitution were hammering out the wordage, concerning the qualifications to be president, Benedict Arnold was a definite factor. Eliminate, to the extent possible, divided loyalties.

My guess is that this verbiage is either a quote or a “fantasy quote” from an Ulsterman like source. Without some idea of the providence of this quote, it is meaningless. If it comes from Ulsterman, well, I don’t trust him much anyway.

Sven often ignores requests for information. He occasionally pops out with an interesting theory, and sometimes he'll provide a little information for tracking down the particulars, but as often as not he won't.

I did a search on some of the verbiage in his message. It didn't come back with any exact matches, but that may have been because the google-Yahoo-etc webcrawlers haven't had a chance to pick it up off of the site where it may have been first posted.

I half expected it to come from an "Ulsterman" or some such. If it turns out to be an actual quote from someone in Obama's legal team, then it is interesting. If it is a made up fantasy quote, then it is just dreck.

I've only worked my way up to about noon on Friday on the Fogbow thread. As of that time they are trying to convince themselves that the failure to show up at the hearing “was all part of a multidimensional chess game that we don't understand...yet...”

Some Fogbowers are even speculating that Obama’s legal team actually WANTS an NBC ruling from SCOTUS and not showing up in GA is part of the plan to get to SCOTUS...because they are so CONFIDENT that MvH will be ignored!

BTW, Rachel Maddow discussed the case with the head of the GA Dem party...
