At least the Sarg knows where he stands at this point. Perhaps cool heads will prevail and they will drop the rank busting idea as well. Guess we shall know soon enough.
Is Sullivan the guy who was so wrong about Lt Col Lakin? The guy who thinks he knows so much about the military justice system but ended up supporting the idea that the lawfulness of combat orders has nothing to do with them being authorized by the only person the law allows to authorize combat?
