It does matter because if the old story was the correct story, it means that it wasn’t connected to Paxon and that Newt had nothing to do with it. Perhaps, Paxon was also under pressure by that group that was outing Gay Republicans. There were always a couple of them, whose identity we couldn’t figure out.

I see your point and agree with it. But my point was that regardless of whether the story was right or not, Brit apparently believes Newt had something to do with his sons death and that carries over into his coverage of the campaign.

The connection to Newt has been made recently by Susan Molinari, according to a post above. I just read that she is an advisor on the Romney campaign.

If it looks like a snake and slithers like a snake....
