Thanks. Lucy sent me her link and then found where my had been hidden...It wasn’t in the crashed computer after all.
Keep it handy, we’ll need it!
She's much more than a follower - she trained under Alinsky in Berkeley, and he asked her to be his successor. She declined, but only on a tactical difference of opinion. She felt she'd have more leverage going into politics, rather than working as an organizer. Then later she refined her leverage into going into politics behind Bill.
She's Stalin to Alinsky's Lenin.
Communists/progressives/liberals/fascist (or whatever they call themselves from election to election when they have to remake themselves to hide), stick together on the ultimate goals of overcoming the constitution, it’s people and culture. Some would do it fast and bloody (alinsky) and some would prefer to slowly boil the frog (Romney).

This was 1967, so yes Romney’s church was still denying blacks salvation when the meeting occurred.
If your goal is to influence people and effect change, Alinsky’s rules are powerful stuff. We don’t like how they’re used, but as the old yippies said “co-opt the man”...we need to use Alinsky’s rules against the other side; to do any less is to bring a knife to a gun fight.
Alinsky maybe was a genius. And evil one, but no dummy. Just like Machiavelli, Sun Tzu, and our old pal “Jen-gis Kahn”.
Yes he does. This is a GREAT campaign photo and narrative for Gingrich.
Guy all the way on right looks like Soros. less 40 plus years.
“Some would do it fast and bloody (alinsky) and some would prefer to slowly boil the frog (Romney).”
Agreed. So many look at Romney and just see the pompadour and the slick. They completely miss the fact that he is an ideological Trojan Horse.
Looking at the photos again I notice the body language between Alinsky and Romney. Romney is subordinate. He hunches and bows to the smaller Alinsky, who stands loose, confident and even puffed up.
Pitiful.
Alinsky’s rules are good tactics but as yet an unproven strategy.
“Alinskys rules are good tactics but as yet an unproven strategy.”
Well maybe....but it sure seems to work on McConnell and Boehner
All plagiarized of course, from Antonio Gramsci..
Not true.
I don’t remember meeting G. Romney. After all, I’ve been dead for forty years, worms and all, ya know?
Dumb 0b0z0 was an idiot. He’s the only jackass who still assing the garbage I taught him instead of mouthing something intelligent!
Late Prof. Alinsky
This is why I love FR.
TIMES 1 MILLION!
