I am confused. What services would Freddie Mac need from the Center for Healthcare Transformation? Freddie Mac is essentially a mortgage company. The Center for Healthcare Transformation suggests ways to provide better delivery of healthcare services to the public. I don’t see why Freddie Mac would need such information.

Same here and I would also be interested in who the third parties referenced by FM are before October.

Someone will correct me if I’m wrong, but I think the Center for Healthcare Transformation website is merely REPORTING on what Newt’s campaign released, and are hosting a copy of the contract on their website as a service for readers. It would be as if the New York Times reported on a press release, and provided a copy of the exact release for their readers. It doesn’t mean the CHT had anything to do with Newt or Freddie Mac.

He (Newt) had since turned his attention to a number of policy issues, and healthcare seemed to be No. 1. He founded the Center for Health Transformation in 2003, which recently has come under fire for bringing in millions in membership fees from entities such as AHIP and the American Hospital Association.
