Why is Fear Factor running at 9pm in the East? No debate, and the online feed looks like a filmstrip presentation it is so choppy.

Why is Fear Factor running at 9pm in the East? No debate, and the online feed looks like a filmstrip presentation it is so choppy.I'm in Connecticut - my Cox Cable on-screen guide says "Fear Factor" on NBC - 9-10pm ET, but hour-long the Brian Williams debate is running.
Strange and rather boring debate, IMO...
