All four remaining GOP candidates have been confirmed for tonight's debate sponsored by NBC News, the Tampa Bay Times, The National Journal and the Florida Council of 100. The debate will take place at the University of South Florida in Tampa. This will be the first of 2 debates this week focusing on the Florida GOP primary on Tuesday, January 31st. Note the air times on the east and west coast.
Television Air Time: Monday, January 23rd at 9pm ET, 8pm CT and 9pm PT on NBC
Live Streams: (airing 9pm ET) NBCPolitics.com, National Journal, and TampaBay.com
Participants: Gingrich, Romney, Santorum, Paul

I hate this liberal lady, whoever she is. Her loaded question on “the threat of an oil spill” was shot down by Santorum. Her question regarding government documents and campaigning is just as stupid.
Did they instruct the audience to be quiet?
I thought the audience response added a lot to the last debate.

Gingrich is just so far ahead of the rest of these guys... he nailed language issue. I mean NAILED it....
Newt looks like a used car saleman when holding a smile. He looks much more natural and serious when he’s being himself and not holding a grin.

There’s another debate Thursday. I think it’s unfair to disallow the audience from showing their reactions, whether booing or cheering. Brian Williams’ time isn’t THAT valuable.

FYI — having lived in Tampa, FL for years, I was confused by this Tampa Bay Times publication.
Mystery solved:
Digging a bit uncovered the fact, as I suspected, that the
St. Petersburg Times, one of THE most liberal pubs, recently changed their name to the Tampa Bay Times.
Babe reporter on the official language issue. I can sleep well tonight. We might not have a pot to piss in, but we can rest assured she will be fighting for the Spanish language.
That reporter from Tampa is such an ass. She’s asking contentious questions of these republicans but would merely fawn over Obama and lob softballs. She is there for herself only preening for the camera.
After reading what you all have to say about the debate, I think I’ll skip it. I’ll listen to what Rush has to say tomorrow.
