Just to clarify - there is no compromise with evil. Turning the other way is compromise and accomodation. "Oh, someone else will deal with it" is a disgusting and inhumane response in knowing there's an active pedophile right next to you victimizing innocent children.
There's a horrid conspiracy here working to protect this sort of thing. It's been buried by the media and there are far too many people dismissing these horrors in light of the man's football record.

I'm with you. Even if it was just one incident (hey, he told a campus rent a cop, what more could he possibly have done???), which is was not, HOW could any decent human being have not been disgusted and outraged over such a lowlife being in their midst?
HOW did Peterno keep Sandusky around, even after all of this broke? He did so because they all felt that the "organization" was more important than anything else.
The entire situation is just vile, and it is the kind of thing a person goes to hell for.
