But the Gipper won precisely because he was upbeat, forward looking, and promoting a positive vision of restoring America's greatness. The media wouldn't admit it, but he was sunny and genial.
Newt is touchy, hot-headed, harsh, and negative. Not all the time, but often. I'm not getting this from the media, but from my own observation. I don't think that sells with most people. Obama, though a phony, comes off as upbeat, at least he did the last time. I think that's why he won.
If Newt is the nominee I'll vote for him, but I don't think he can carry folks outside of the right.
Obama has done nothing about that number.
I think he doesn't care. My sons agree. So do their friends, and their friends.
They all live in the shadow of the White House. Can you imagine what those further away from here think of Obama?
BTW, those young adults playing interactive video games have voice channels available to them. They've been talking about jobs ~ why there aren't any ~ why Obama won't allow for job growth ~ why the Democrats need overthrown and disposed of like trash.
“Newt is touchy, hot-headed, harsh, and negative.”
Nah, that is just liberal spin. Gingrich looked very upbeat and positive in the debates in SC and after he won a huge victory in South Carolina.
In his victory speech he made a point to mention each candidate and said something very positive about them. Even that dirty no good, back stabbing Romney lol.
