I think I read you also get two delegates for each county won. So Mitt must be ahead in 4 counties. That might change with the final results.

Delegate count has been updated. NY Times has Newt now having 23 of the 25 delegates (2 still unallocated), putting him in the lead on delegates versus Mitt's 19.
