Like everyone else, CBC is projecting Newt as winner, and showing him with SC’s 17 delegates. So, it’s ‘winner take all’ and in one primary, Newt pulls ahead in the delegate count?

I'm confused. CBS says SC has 25 delegates, and Newt won 17. What's the story with the last 8 delegates?

I think I read you also get two delegates for each county won. So Mitt must be ahead in 4 counties. That might change with the final results.
