That’s just not possible. After all several people on FR, just today, have told me that Newt can’t win women. :) I guess we’re not as dumb as some people think we are.

Ronald Reagan was worth a division or two. So is Newt Gingrich.

An excellent way to put it, and I agree. As you said, Gingrich commands RESPECT, and even a little fear, which isn't a bad attribute in a president. Given the enemies our country faces, both foreign and domestic, I'd say that it's an essential attribute for a president.

I feel like I need to find a confession booth. I just did something that I haven’t done in years. I turned my TV to MSNBC to watch their reaction. It was priceless the look on their faces lol. I watched it for about 4 minutes and felt a spew coming on so turned it off. That’s all MSNBC is to me is a place to get a laugh when “I” want it. In about 4 more years I might go there to get another laugh.

Why I am NOT happy about this? Look at it this way: Romney DID NOT WIN. After being confident of a win, he lost by a margin that may start discouraging his supporters. That is true, but I am not pleased with Newt. He has the tendency to go over to others side for political reasons. I hope he learned that lesson and will not do it again....
