Leftists, MittBots, PaulBots, RINOs, Karl Rove establishment types and trolls of many stripes and colors have one-by-one driven our leading grassroots conservative candidates out of the race. They worked for years on Palin, then Perry, then Cain, then Bachmann, now Newt. When ever a non-establishment, non-RINO conservative gets into the lead they open fire and 24/7 trash and torpedo until they drive them out.
NO MORE!!
If you want to troll and trash our conservative candidates, take your business elsewhere! PaulBots can take it to a liberaltaraian site. RomneyBots to FOX News. RINO trolls to the NY Times. Lib trolls to DU. Abortionist/statist trolls to hell. I dont care where you go, but if youre here to trash Newt 24/7, Im gunning for your azz!!
REBELLION IS HERE!!
WAR IS HELL!!
DONT TREAD ON ME!!
You forgot the courtesy ping...
“As for SC, where I reside, someone tell me why Bible Belt Christians would vote for this man.”
He’s not Mitt Romney and they think he can win. Of course this is the same logic that causes people to vote for Mitt, i.e. he’s not Obama and they think he can win. So, apparently, Newt is the not-not-Obama candidate.
Glad it's not you running for president, we'd be looking for a candidate that does not attempt to squash the free flow of conservative ideas.
True, it's your site. Years ago, the draw for me was the open healthy debate on issues and those we elect.
It now seems it's a “your way or the highway mentality.”
So, you and your lil FR minions have morphed into a this sophomoric mentality of, “tell me what makes me feel good” and cringe at the thought of extending yourself in meaningful discussion.
The sites gone down hill anyhow and has outlived it's usefulness. Besides, stop poor mouthing all the time, it's just distasteful.

Yes, because when I think of fire breathing, piss ‘n vinegar, cigar chomping, kick-ass-and-take-names, unapologetic patriots like George Washington and Abraham Lincoln, I also think of Newt.

Well, since and because you asked...
How self-centered does a person have to be to come into a man’s site, on a thread specifically written to explain his position, and have someone make the statement you did?
I’d say that’s pretty stupid and arrogant. The “Ban Me” bravado might impress your fellows incapable of simple simple reading comprehension, but to a lot of us, you just look pathetic in a “Whacha gonna do to me?” sort of way.
Tell me honestly. Do you want a zot so you can run to the Fox site and cry about how that evil FR site banned you for ‘merely expressing your opinion?” Like so many Liberals before you?
Grow a pair and be man enough to simply walk away if your values are not aligned with FR without the theatrics and spare the bandwidth.
I just want to express my opinion on a conservative site free of liberals. Like I have been. For the past ten years. If Jim wants to ban conservatives, that’s up to him. It’s a free republic.
Yeah, it’s hard to get jap-slapped while you hide behind the monitor...A mate?
Well said Norm, this is JimRob’s website and if someone doesn’t like it they should head for the door if they can’t behave themselves, and spare everyone the whining and wah-wah.
So you feel ENTITLED. That explains everything. BTW, what’s conservative about ignoring the crystal clear statement of a man on his private property? Are you special? Rules dont apply to you because you are ‘a conservative’ (snicker) Not with that attitude you aren’t.
The day hasn’t dawned that you’re gonna ‘jap-slap’ me or anybody else, punk. Now take your puffed up puny chest and see if you can scram before the lightning hits ya.
Newt is certainly not my favorite but looks like he is the last man standing and we have to throw our support around him. My question is this: WHAT do we do if Mitt beats him and gets the nomination. I will NOT vote for Romney, no way , no how. Should we push for someone to run on a Conservative ticket or should we just leave the top of the ballot blank?
Go Santorum!
“this is JimRobs website and if someone doesnt like it they should head for the door”
Yup.
Jim, IMHO, is doing what someone with the character and integrity to build a place like FR would logically do - He’s taking a stand.
Anyone with the value-set capable of building FR isn’t going to mince words and let his opinion ebb and flow with public opinion.
We are lucky to have FR and a man like Jim Robinson. He’s taking a stand like I’d expect a Conservative with integrity and honor would do.
I knew it would be a busy day with zots and opuses. Some people just can’t conceive or abide the integrity that is Jim Robinson.
While I will vote for him if he gets the nomination, Jim, I don’t consider Newt a constitutionalist. He’s a big government conservative, at best.
And I don’t believe that he, or any of the current Republican candidates, can beat Obama, ceteris parabus.
Our best chance to beat Obama was Cain, in spite of his flaws, and that he also was a big-government conservative. However, his candidacy would have removed the Race Card from the get-go. We don’t have that advantage now.
95% of all Black folks will vote for 0bama, even if they are not better off now than they were four years ago.
“95% of all Black folks will vote for 0bama”
Don’t be so sure...I know several who say they’ve had it with the little wimp. They see the economy, jobs, energy, etc. going in the toilet, just like everyone else sees it.
RE Race card:
I don’t doubt Cain (who was my choice after Palin) could have gotten more black voters. But we are at the point where anyone willing to vote for a man based on his skin color just needs to be ignored and we must all work harder to replace that ‘lost’ vote.
As long as we let them play the race card we lose. The Sharptons of the world need a clear message. Vote like an American, for an American regardless of color/not a black/hispanic/etc/ for a black hispanic etc. or don’t vote at all.
We can’t just say it, we have to live it.
