This is an old clip that has been repeatedly recycled. Out of context it makes Santorum sound like he's ready to send SWAT teams into your bedroom. He's not as limited-government as I would like but the implication of the clip out of context is preposterous.
Is it an old clip? How is it taken out of context?
Rick Santorum is also against contraception.
