The central conflict of the Obama Presidency has been between the jobs and growth crisis he inherited and the President's hell-for-leather pursuit of his larger social-policy ambitions. The tragedy is that the economic recovery has been so lackluster because the second impulse keeps winning.
Yesterday came proof positive with the White House's repudiation of the Keystone XL pipeline, TransCanada's $7 billion shovel-ready project that would support tens of thousands of jobs if only it could get the requisite U.S. permits. Those jobs, apparently, can wait.
Unless the President objected, December's payroll tax deal gave TransCanada the go-ahead in February to start building the pipeline, which would travel 1,661 miles from Alberta to interconnections in Oklahoma and then carry Canadian crude to U.S. refiners on the Gulf Coast.
The State Department, which presides over the Keystone XL review because it would cross the 49th parallel, claimed yesterday that the two-month Congressional deadline was too tight "for the President to determine whether the Keystone XL pipeline is in the national interest." The White House also issued a statement denouncing Congress's "rushed and arbitrary deadline," which merely passed with overwhelming bipartisan support.
This is, to put it politely, a crock.

Zero gave as his reason for rejecting the pipeline was they rushed the legislation without resolving the issue of the pipeline going through the sensitive Nebraska’s Ogallala Aquifer. We know the truth of the matter. TransCanada has approved an alternative route around the environmentally sensitive Sandhills area of Nebraska.
Alex Pourbaix, TransCanada’s president for energy and oil pipelines, said rerouting the Keystone XL line would likely require 30 to 40 additional miles of pipe and an additional pumping station, but said Nebraska will play a key role in deciding the new route. It’s a state’s rights issue for Nebraska to call the shots here, and I suspect Zer0 is bound and determined not to let that happen either.
I thought there was a provided remedy in such cases. I believe it initiates in the House.
Mulatto is not a race.
I would love to see a move to ignore Obama, that the pipeline indeed does start. That the states in which it will transit activate their individual national Guard and even as to go further with calling in an organized militia to guard the process from Federal agents intent on following the treasonous orders from the usurper Obama.

Hybrids are not a race. They can’t breed pure strains.They are a mixed blend of two separate races.
So, people of any mixed ancestry are impure hybrids, and can't be designated as any particular race? What are they then - generic humans?
I guess we may as well throw out racial designations for the vast majority of Americans, if that's the case. I know very few who are 100% racially pure.

For the third time —Hybrid mixed breed.The only people who class mulatto as a race are those that are mulatto or related to them. The federal government( United States) stance on this matter is that mulatto was thrown out as a race designation in 1930.Complain to them.
If you decide to move your family to South America they recognize mulatto as a race.The United States does not.
It's pretty clear to me that you have some sort of low-minded consideration about people who are racially 'impure', and are using science to justify categorizing some people the same as you would any animal.

Do you realize that the only racially pure blacks in this country are from Africa? The rest of us, whose ancestors came to America in chains, are what you call "hybrid mixed breed". Not a one of us has 100% pure African blood.

If you want an ax to grind find someone else .I will leave you with this. My niece is a fine white mother married to a fine black man and has two young mulatto children. She thinks you are nuts.
