I remember seeing an old, make that very old advertisement from Savage. It was for their .32 auto which held 10 shots. It showed a cowboy holding the little .32 being attacked by an alligator.
It said “Ten Shots Quick” or maybe it was “Ten Shots Fast”.
—always like the one from the 1920’s with the cowboy and his Thompson sub-machine gun holding off the bad guys, rustlers or whatever they were-—
