I had a squatter move into my Calif house ... (it was empty pending remodel) ... without permission. It cost me $4,000 and took two months to get her fat freeloading a$$ out of there. The sheriff literally had to physically toss her out along with 5-6 teenagers and her pit bull. The house was trashed and cost me an additional $10,000 to repair.
Thank god I live in Texas where I have the right to evict trespassers using my second amendment rights.
