And the home teams stay perfect.
Go Yiants! Love to see a home game here against the Giants.. settle an old score..
True, another “brick in the wall” in the minds of the Pats. They beat the “home play off losing streak” last night. Next week they can send the Balitmore inmates packing.
Cam Newton has rookie of the year sewn up. If the Panthers had even a little defense they’d have made the playoffs on his arm.
Rookie mistake.
Yes, that was a rookie mistake on Yates' part.
I would not mind seeing the Texans defeat the Ravens, but Houston will need some help
which they *might* just have gotten, since Baltimore has to punt
Wow I thought the game was over.
Newton burned it up from day one.. he deserves it.
The Fat Lady was delayed in traffic.
4th and 2,, 20 ticks on the clock.
Incomplete pass at the goal line
Ravens Patriots next weekend..
Oh theyre going alright. Home. No more dome teams in the playoffs. That always makes me happy.
I understand. Baltimore will be a tougher opponent for New England than Houston will be.
That’s a bad sight for the Ravens with Reed hobbled.
Ed Reed with a major ouchie to his left leg.. what a game.. MVP?
If Reed is out against New England, the Ravens have no shot.
Reed helped off the field in obvious pain. Even though I dislike his team, that was not good to see.
say what you will, ray lewis and ed reed bring it every game. that could be a bad break for the Ravens if the xrays come back with bad news, he was gonna have a heck of a hip bruise as is.. He’s ‘questionable’ in my book. :-)
Bring on The Giants and Packers. Thinking I’d like to see the Giants win so that they can go the SF and lose. Don’t see SF leaving the cozy confines of the Bay and taking out the Packers on the frozen, more or less, tundra. Although either a SB Giants-Pats rematch or GB-NE SB tilt would be attractive. Especially the latter.
It’d certainly make the Pats job easier.
I beg to defer, the Niners play the kind of football that can win in cold weather.

Well, it’s not snowing at Green Bay. on to the finale..
I tend to question some of the play calling by the Texans. That throw to the goal line was stupid. All in all the Texans played better than I thought they would.
Too bad about the Texans going down...would have been intriguing to see the game unfold with Matt Schaub instead of Yates, whose predictable errors cost them the game. Otherwise they played well enuff to win. But good year for them overall, and I’d say they’re are poised to be the odds on favorite next yr for the whole enchilada.
