I’ve given Rick Perry plenty of grief here on his in-state tuition and “dont’ have a heart” comment, but I’d like to see him be on the ballot everywhere he’s filed to do such.
We have too many effing judges, lawyers and functionaries who decide things for us. Let the polls decide it. I’d like to see more than Romney and Paul, Huntsman and Santorum in the mix in ANY state.

Actually, it was the Virginia GOP and the Virginia legislature who decided how the candidates would be selected for the Virginia Primary.
