A Northern California tree trimmer has been decapitated after an industrial wood chipper apparently sucked up a rope tangled around his neck.

You should hear some of the comments I've heard when working Military Casualties. The worst would have to be those involving the poor guy who died when incoming ordinance hit his "port-a-potty."

Bought an artificial Christmas tree last month. Made in China. The branches were made by twisting wire around green bristles. Three times my wife had to leave the room while I cut an old woman’s gray hair out of the limbs. That lady needed a swim hat.
Got another story for you.
In the late 80’s I was running a plant which had a lot of automated equipment that bored holes in flat panels to make cabinet components. Imagine hundreds of spinning drill bits pointing up.
One day a machine operator decided to make an adjustment without turning off the machine. This well endowed woman leaned over the rows of drill bits and suddenly her drooping t-shirt got wrapped up and ripped off of her body (Thank God she had enough strength to keep her body away from the drill bits.
She ran from her machine screaming, “Don’t look at my titties.’
Of course every man looked up and starred at her titties.
The victims fate is sealed.

Yes every once in a while you hear of someone getting wraped up in a lathe. Not pretty. PTO shafts on tractors can be bad also.
