Neither the term nor concept of "states' rights" exists ANYWHERE in the Constitution.

Perhaps you are unfamiliar with the 10th amendment?

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

I'm quite familiar with it, there is a huge difference between individual rights and enumerated powers.

No government is empowered to alienate our God-given rights.
