SC is open. Don’t know about FL but it’s the first “winner take all.” So far Romney only leads in delegates with 11 to Pauls 9 and Santorums 7. (Newt5 Perry3 Huntsman2)

Don’t know about FL but it’s the first “winner take all.” Didn't Florida get slapped by the RNC for moving its primary up? Lost delegates, I believe.
