Yeah he was mad because he was always competitive. His players had much greater financial stake in the healthy longevity of their careers and weren’t worried about losing that game.
BTW I am an Alabama fan and two Tide players (Terence Cody and Jarrett Johnson) play on my beloved Baltimore Ravens defense who will be getting it on in Baltimore this Sunday versus the Houston Texans and I will be there as I have all season long. Johnson is one of the best players on our defense and has gotten it done both on the line and at OLB. Cody worked hard with Haloti Ngata in the off-season and is doing a real good job in the middle stuffing the run. I hope last nights game inspires them to play at their best for this playoff run, However I am also a realist when it comes to football having played and watched sports at both the collegiate and the next level and I know by experience to make some of the comparisons people try to make about college vs professional teams is just not true.
Well, I never claimed that the college teams were as good as the professionals. I’m just saying that the best team does not always win. And that pro teams have been beaten by the boys.
It is highly improbable, though.
Roll Tide.
