What if a State decided Obama is not eligible . . . Bingo. That is all. End of story. Obama is not on that State's ballot. Read Article II Section 1. It is up to the State legislatures. It is not justicable by any federal court. It is called separation of powers, and no federal court may legitimately order a State whom its electors may vote for.
