Voting against a greater evil doesn’t cut it.

There is no greater evil than obama.

obama wins and we might not will the Senate, will will not have as many House seats AND OBAMA will get TWO more Supreme Court appointments!

Don't ask, Don't tell, was Clinton's gift to the Homosexual agenda, not Army veteran, Ronald Reagan's. Mitt Romney was to the left of both Clinton and Ted Kennedy on supporting the homosexual agenda.

Here is Mitt Romney's letter on homosexuals in the military.

"If we are to achieve the goals we share, we must make equality for gays and lesbians a mainstream concern. My opponent cannot do this. I can and will.
"One issue I want to clarify concerns President Clinton’s “don’t ask, don’t tell, don’t pursue” military policy. I believe that the Clinton compromise was a step in the right direction. I am also convinced that it is the first of a number of steps that will ultimately lead to gays and lesbians being able to serve openly and honestly in our nation’s military. That goal will only be reached when preventing discrimination against gays and lesbians is a mainstream concern, which is a goal we share."

Sincerely,
W. Mitt Romney

Tell the GOP to back a conservative. That will get Obama out of office.

I like Newt.I want hime to get the nomination. I also like some of Ron Pauls views, then he ventures off into crazy land, then he loses me.
I am not going to defend Romney, only to say if we only have the choice of Romney or Obama, I am going to take my chances on Romney.Obama is destroying this country on purpose. A strong Republican Congress can better keep Romney in line than Obama.
I hope Newt wins, but Romney seems to have the momentum.
A third party will hand the Presidency back to Obama.
What really bothers me, is anyone who states that they will vote for Romney over Obama ( if that is the only choice) gets threatened with a zot.
So what do we talk about if Romney wins the nomination?
The weather?
Are we not allowed to discuss what we are going to do if Romney is nominated?

You aren’t taking chances on Romney.

Romney is not an accidental result of the political process, a “chance” happening, he is the designated warrior to represent the liberal wing of the GOP in their war against the Reagan/conservative wing, to vote for him is to lose the war and admit defeat, the Romney branch of the GOP fought against the sure thing Republican Senatorial candidate in Alaska and defeated him, losing the seat, they are cold stone serious about stopping conservativism.

As far as gays in the military and marriage and Obamacare, read post 203, and know that as Governor, Romney gave us “gay marriage” and Obamacare.

Its not paranoia if they are really out to get you. Romney really is out to get us (conservatives). He is really a liberal, his record proves that.

My question is, what do we do?
How do you prevent him from getting the nomination?
I want Newt, but Romney seems to be winning in the polls.
Does the conservative monement have any other strategy, besides a third party?
Look at Ross Perot, for example. A third party does not work.

The difference between going over a cliff at 100 MPH and 75 MPH is statistically insignificant. You are still mangled beyond recognition. THAT will be America under either 0bambney or Romnama.
WRITE IN SARAH.

I always wonder when I see this on here...do you think Sarah Palin would agree with your strategy. Lets say Romney gets the Nomination. Sarah is on FoxNews quite a bit, and I’m sure she’ll be on after that. Do you think that what she’s going to get on there and say is “OK, you conservatives out there, you need to get in that voting booth and write in my name. Or Mickey Mouse...or whoever, because there is no difference between Romney and Obama”. I dont think she will If he gets the nomination. I think she will say, as she has said many times, that the number one priority is getting rid of Barack Obama.

Now, if she does this after a Romney nomination, IF that happens, and i stress IF that happens (and I hope it doesnt), will SHE be a traitor or a fake conservative too?

I cannot support Romney but will not go third party because that assures an Obama victory. If Romney is foisted upon us I think that I will work as hard as I can for “down ticket” candidates and write someone in at the top of the ticket. But should that happen, I think we should start a third party the very day after the election!!!!! If the GOP wants to win back our votes they can get much more conservative, if not, we begin to build an organization to be ready to wholly replace them. First in the off year 2014 and then the big enchilada in 2016!!!!!

The first step is to look at what the Romney/Rockefeller branch did to us in 2010 and what they have done to our 2008 vice-presidential candidate, and most likely nominee, or at least anti-Romney nominee for 2012.

Realize that they are willing to lose Presidential elections, Congressional seats, and Senate seats to democrats if it stops the Reagan/Palin branch and conservatism, when you see that, then you know that surrendering to Romney is suicide for the nation that we love so much.

The first step is to unequivocally reject Mitt Romney, then we can proceed with the primary process, and adapt and plan as we go.

What I would like to know, is Romneys tenure at Bain.
How come no one is investigating it?
I have a feeling there is dirt there, and the only way that Romney can be ripped out in the leading position, is to find out his role in that company.
Then, with Romney out of the way- candidates like Newt ( my fav) could have a chance.
I see Romney at the 30 yard line, getting ready for a touchdown.
There needs to be a strong defense.

I will not eat another GOP S*** sandwhich.
Romney will lose to Obama.
The GOP will blame me, and I will blame them.

It will be third Party time.

The GOP will be the third party.

The media will stay soft on Romney until the primary is over, then they will go to work on Bain, Mormonism, Mitt’s compulsive lying (”My father and I marched with Martin Luther King”, “I own guns”, “lifelong hunter, reversing his lifelong devotion to political issues to run for president, abortion fundraising, etc.).

Romney is not very electable, during his almost 20 years in politics he has only won one election in spite of always breaking spending records in his races, and he left that office with no chance of reelection and 34% approval from his state, that Governor’s seat has been Democrat since then, and the state GOP suffered massive shrinkage and loss during Mitt’s leadership.

Romney is a destructive political time bomb waiting to go off.
