What planet do you live on? All colleges use a multiplier of SAT scores based on ethnicity and gender to meet sometimes unstated but always quite real “diversity” quotas. White and Asian males get 1.0. Others get a sliding scale start well beyond 1.5.

Re minorities, the prediction equations actually over predict success.
