If you are aware that SS was a Ponzi scheme, is broke, there is no money and you still want to maintain the status quo then you are supporting a socialist program. If you are OK with that then fine. It is wealth redistribution plain and simple.

And if you agree with Santorum on immediate changes to benefits currently being received by the elderly, you have no idea of the chaos that would be created.
I’ve said I’m all for phasing it out, protecting those who are on it now and about to be but for those under 55 there should be changes.
