Bill Gertz of the Washington Times reports that President Barack Obama has indicated he is prepared to convey information about secret American missile defense technology to Russia:
In the president’s signing statement issued Saturday in passing into law the fiscal 2012 defense authorization bill, Mr. Obama said restrictions aimed at protecting top-secret technical data on U.S. Standard Missile-3 velocity burnout parameters might impinge on his constitutional foreign policy authority.
As first disclosed in this space several weeks ago, U.S. officials are planning to provide Moscow with the SM-3 data, despite reservations from security officials who say that doing so could compromise the effectiveness of the system by allowing Russian weapons technicians to counter the missile. The weapons are considered some of the most effective high-speed interceptors in the U.S. missile defense arsenal.
There are also concerns that Russia could share the secret data with China and rogue states such as Iran and North Korea to help their missile programs defeat U.S. missile defenses.

President Obama signaled Congress this week that he is prepared to share U.S. missile defense secrets with Russia.
In the president’s signing statement issued Saturday in passing into law the fiscal 2012 defense authorization bill, Mr. Obama said restrictions aimed at protecting top-secret technical data on U.S. Standard Missile-3 velocity burnout parameters might impinge on his constitutional foreign policy authority.

Thus eliminating the need to ‘crash’ a missile onto the territory of a hostile nation who would then ‘hand’ the missile to the Russians for reverse-engineering. Mr. Obama simply eliminating the ‘middleman’ in the transaction.

What’s that clause in the US Constitution that Obama violates on a daily basis? Oh yeah, now I remember, the Natural Born Citizen clause. The guy has all kinds of foreign allegiance...
But no one cares about that part or the rest of the US Constitution anyways.
It's all a matter of interpretation. Obama's constitutional foreigh policy authority is not what you and I would think is constitutional foreign policy. He thinks the constitution gives him the authority to do whatever he thinks is right - which is to use foreigh policy to aid in the destruction of the traditional American way of life and liberty.

Rush is covering this now. Really seems like an attack from within, many enablers. At the same time he is cutting defense, sending technology to China and helping the Muslim Brotherhood gain power.
