"Where is the money coming from for this “mortgage re-financing”? I think I’m missing something."

NOT the 44%ers (those who pay no income tax)

I heard that there is a virtually unreported mortgage fee in that spending bill they just passed. I know next to nothing about it and could only find this comment by a freeper:

"...middle class homeowners and people that want to refinance they will have to pay a big $5000 fee on their mortgage to pay fund other peoples social security. This tax is permanant and doesn’t go away. Obama and Dems are attacking the fragile housing market with more government."

Mark Levin also said that the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (Cordray) will be under the oversight of the FEDERAL RESERVE!

That was a shock to me, as I had not seen that reported anywhere.
