It's up to 59 percent of the caucuses counted, and Santorum seems to be edging into a lead, with Romney third. Many of the major counties with Christian conservative populations have broken solidly for Santorum, but a lot of the counties left with significant history of Republican turnouts have yet to vote.

Two interesting question marks are Orange City and Sioux Center. Both are college towns, but both are heavily Dutch Reformed. If they follow the pattern of Pella, which despite having Central College went for Santorum and not for Ron Paul, those areas could put significant numbers of voters into the Santorum camp.
