Yep. He said he is going home to Texas to see if there is a path forward for him. He was very subdued reading and choking up over a Marines letter written to him. He is out, I am sure. Money people I am sure, more of showing than the 10%. I love Rick Perry.Michele is probably thinking "Oh goody if he drops out, I'll pick up all his votes."
Umm, Michele -- Not.

Gawd, you were reading my mind, I just didn’t want to say it!! Someone awesome like Rick with such grace reads the numbers and graciously reconsiders, while Bachmann reminds me of Palin and grinds her reputation into the ground, and my last nerve into the stratisphere! This development actually, weirdly, makes me hopping mad and even more furious with Michelle Thatcher! LOL! Now see what you did!
I popped my cork. :)

(The higher you poll in Iowa, the more embarrassing it is for you.)

Michelle burned quite a few bridges with the supporters of some candidates, with her vicious attacks, and they ain't going to be in a mood to flock to her. Perry supporters went to Cain and then Gingrich and Santorum, they didn't go back to her, and she may not even stop and think about that.
And with CNN claiming that Perry is suspending his South Carolina campaign schedule, Michelle is probably very happy. Until new polls start rolling in, proving that she'll still be in single digits. Of course, given the competence of her campaign at times, I doubt she pays attention to the polls or why people aren't coming back to her.
I really wanted to like Michelle, but her ridiculous attacks, especially things like 6-6-6, which were about what you'd expect out of Obama, really did her campaign in.
