That’s how Santorum should have been doing it from the beginning. I’m glad to see he’s picked up his game.
Santorum for President Ping List. FReepmail Antoninus to be added or removed.
This is obviously being done to help Romney later get the nomination, by keeping Gingrich out.
If the race were to come down to Romney, Santorum and Paul, then Romney will win...... and THAT is what Fox is all about.
Too bad his network doesn’t listen to him
Their noses are so far up Romney’s butt they will need a team of proctologists to extract themselves
They can smell the Charles from their vantage point
Especially chief Mitt knee padders...Megan Kelly and Brett Baier and Herr Krauthammer
I like rick but his lifetime acu is lower than newts
I know that like polls, folks here hate those unless they support their position
We need to congeal an anti romney sooner more than later
Folks....
Rupert supported Hillary, than Obama, so this is at least a little more positive move on his part.
Wow... This is an interesting twist.
I said weeks ago, when Santorum was at 5 percent in the polls, that Rick Santorum will be the surprise coming out of Iowa on Jan. 3.
That explains the global smear campaign and kangaroo courts that have created for him (Murdoch) and his associates.
WOW
HUGE
watching FNC you’d a thunk they were shilling for Romney?
or is that a Roger Ailes thing?
I’m sure he also reached out to Rick to apologize for Colmes’ asinine, callous remark. I hope he pulls the plug on Colmes.
Sarah Palin said a few weeks ago that Santorum could pull this off in Iowa. And that was back before the bandwagon. The woman has good instincts.
If Murdoch says it then it must be ... A ploy. Dammit, I’m beginning to truly hate these rich, meddlesome ba$tards.
Good,Hope he sends him some money.
Anyone who watched Santorum “fight” for reelection against Bob Casey in 2006 knows that Santorum is not someone we want as President.
Santorum is a solid Social/Moral conservative. He is literally HATED by the homosexual crowd. Which makes him my friend.
He would be a natural pick for me because of our similar views, and I hope he beats Romeny and Paul in Iowa. I have not supported him because I believed that Newt was the best overall candidate (social/national defense/fiscal). I see Santorum as beomg a good VP choice to Newt to shore of Social Conservatives.
I don’t think, but I seldom get it right, that Santorum will fizzy after Iowa - IF he does well there. However, if Newt can’t win Iowa, I would trully love Santorum clean house in Iowa. IF he could continue it on succesfully for the rest of the primary season and win, I could definitely support him. However, I don’t think he will appeal outside of states where social/moral conservatives are a strong force.
I would like to see him as VP to another like Newt. Now if he sold out and ran with Romney....I still won’t vote for Romney.
Murdoch from the A-Team?
Murdoch needs to Tweet Roger Ailes on this: FoxNews relentlessly pimps Mittens and pummels Santorum (as they did Bachmann and Cain before).
I wish Rick luck tonight and hope he is still a valid candidate come March 6 (when my state primary is held).
I'm also sick of the argument some people are making that Romney is the only chance to beat Obama because he'll win over the moderates. The moderates will always tend to vote for the Democrat as was shown when McCain, Dole and other "moderate Republicans" were nominated. On the other hand, a true conservative will bring large numbers of independents and right-leaning Democrats into the GOP fold, as was clearly shown during the two Reagan elections.
I can only think of one reason this completely illogical phenomenon:
Panic.
