Then perhaps you too were blown off by your members of Congress prior to the election in 2008, as were a number of FReepers when we reached out to them in person and by letter and explained there was nothing of record that demonstrated the candidate was a U.S. citizen let alone an NBC.
They were as clueless as the rest of the nation both as to how it was a violation and as to why we should care. None of them has the guts to face the media screaming storm they would have to deal with if they questioned barry's eligibility. I knew at the time the best we would be able to do was to get a state law passed preventing another such circus of incompetence in the future. As it has turned out, even that may be a long stretch of an accomplishment. Barry is using the power of the Federal government to give money to governors to convince them not to let such a law get passed.
