But fortunately, the kudzu and parsley can’t run very fast. Fast for plants, but they’re not going to catch a person moving at normal speed.

Wekkum back to the land of the virtually living.
I can’t stay ‘cuz I’m doing something I haven’t done much in the last three months: [whispers] working. Shhhh. Don’t tell; it might sully my reputation.
C U later.

Good to know, thanks. Catz are agitating for lunch, so gotta feed them. They will, however, refer to it properly as brunch. They can manipulate me mercilessly, but the nomenclature must be accurate.
See ya later, y’all!

Fanks!
It’s good to be back. Posting from the phone was something sion did, and I’m not nearly in his league. It took me two days to figure out how to do it.
Anyway, congratulations on being gainfully employed. I hate the alternative for anyone.

“Hey buddy, ya change for a twenty?” the voice said.
The man turned around and spied a rather large plant, carnivorous of course, speaking to him.
“You're a plant, you don't need money!” he stammered his thoughts out loud.
“Well, yes. But you see, I could just eat ya instead of askin’ ya for change.” The plant curled the ‘mouth’ into a wry smirk.
It did have a point.

LOL!
And yoiks!
I just got a photo of my grandson (ex-army) and he looks old and wise. War does that. If I can figure out how to send all these photos to my own email, I’ll share some!
It will be about 60 today, with a cooling trend the next week. Last year we had highs of 37.

Thank each of you for the posts. You're welcome. If that's not enough to complete the fence let me know. I have some chicken wire around here. We don't need it because we have one of the new Linksys Wireless Chicken Routers. It's password-protected and has fairly decent range. I can fry with 100' of the kitchen; poach within 150'. Although there's a dead spot under the gingko tree.

I’ll see your Kudzu and Parsley Monsters, and I’ll raise you a Calvin and Hobbes Spinach Monster. (That was one scary dude.) (Dudette?) (Forget it. This is a family thread.)
