Yes, doesn’t it though?
*snicker*
I have a habit of writing bizarre things and then having people dream about them later.
Well, Face, Fan, TC and I all figured out that some people are “Chaos magnets.”
A chaos magnet is a person who, for whatever reason, is a nexus of chaos through no act of their own.
If it could happen around them, it usually does.
Of course it is. Their “need” serves to justify the existence of the parasitic bureaucratic class in DC...and provides moral justification for their intent to keep their hand in your wallet on “behalf” of the foreign parasite.
That our employees in DC have clearly forgotten for whom they work...is our fault...that of We the People...and the consequence of too much oversight for 435 Congresscritters to properly perform.
I could have been a tropical island of serenity, so to speak, but somehow all these children and animals turned up.
Speaking of animals, I need to call the dog groomer to get Ash a bath ... she smells like a dog.
Oh, that was a cruel “touche!”
I have actually been to Big Rock Candy Mountain.
Funny how some photos of kittehs show a well-kept background and others show total Cat-tastrophy. I wonder if the kritters know the difference?
Our cats seem to be happy as long as the important sleeping spots are clear of debris.
Back from the doctor - everything’s fine, come back in a week. After the 14th would be the most convenient for me, so I’m glad it’s not imminent right now!
If the “designated cat spot” is not clear of items kitty deigns to be ‘debris, kitty will then ‘oops, it fell’ push it off said spot.
Exactly - and if it’s something fun, like important papers, they’ll tear it into confetti.
My mom had a cat that would shred newspaper.
The cat would chatter and warble at the paper as she slowly shredded it.
Maybe she didn’t like the content. I think most people underestimate their catz’ reading comprehension ...
Well, her ‘meow’ while doing it was a mix of ‘Neh! Neh! Neh! Neeeeeeee-yaaaaaaaaoooow!’ and and huffing ‘Mwowm mwom mwom Myurp!’
Well, there you go! More articulate than some “commentary” that appears here on FR ... especially in primary season.
“It doesnt seem to be an official Zot, but just a colonization. I suppose thats somewhat appropriate for the topic ...”
I think the word “invasion” more appropriate to the topic, which will cease to be a topic when the cross-border flow direction has been halted, and the...uh...”spillage” returned to its “container” of origin without regard to any observed amicable personality traits.
I know too many who “did it the right way”; filled out all the paperwork, paid the bucks, waited in line, and became Nationalized American Citizens to tolerate unauthorized entrants being allowed to remain in — much less benefit from the largesse of — this country.
MEANWHILE... it’s nice and tasty in here, a beautiful 44 degrees outside, 85% humidity, visibility 10 miles, and calm.
There’s music on the headphones, design work on the BLADE, and that means I’ve got to be FRinvisible until at least lunch.
Hasta.
Yeah, what better way to illustrate the point than to have the Undead Thread descend upon a “But they’re so NICE” apparently pro-illegal thread.
Doesn’t matter what Californistan state law is, actually.
Illegal is illegal regardless of what the pandering morons in Californistan say.
The sooner the Pro-illegals understand the word “Illegal”, the sooner the problem can be fioxed.
“Big Rock Candy Mountain.” That’s not fictional?
“...she smells like a dog.” Upon consideration of what she could roll in, maybe this is a good thing?
“If it could happen around them, it usually does.” On the plus side, chaos magnets are never bored. (Theoretically, at least.)
“What would be an indicator....” Thanks for the input. An educated eye (Klawwix?) is always an asset.
