This is proof that the GOP elite are corrupt. It is pure coincidence that Romeny also got the 15,000, which stopped all scrutiny and also gave an immediate win, if no other candidates can qualify. Any such winner wins immediately without them even holding a Primary. And these new rules were written in September of this year.
It is also rather corrupt that the Lt. Governor is one of Romney's main campaign managers, and the Governor also loaned all sorts of help for Romney to get all the “i’s” dotted and the “T's” crossed months in advance.
